Responsibilities

The following are the responsibilities of CSE candidates:

    • Provide Level 1 Technical/Server Support
    • Handle our own software technical/server support
    • Handle sales and billing issues via phone, helpdesk, email,chat etc,.
    • Must be able to work in a shift based system
    • Must be a team player
    • Need well written and communication skills in English
