What is included and not supported ?
Supported Control Panel Software
We Support cPanel , Directadmin , Plesk and Webmin control panels in this plan. We doesn't support non-control panel servers in this plan.
Operating System Support
We Support RHEL, Centos , Ubuntu , Debian , Cloudlinux, BSD and all other linux/ unix operating systems. We doesn't support windows operating systems in this plan.
We Provide 30 Minute Response Time Guarantee
You will get the ticket response within 30 minutes after submitting your support request in the respective department.
Account Transfer On Per Ticket Base
This is a per ticket based plan. So each account transfer will be considered as individual Support requests
Initial Setup And Control Panel Installation
This plan doesn't include control panel installation and initial setup services as it is a per issue based plan. This will be charged on hourly bases.
Server Security And Hardening Services
This plan doesn't provide server security related services. This is a per-issue based plan. These requests will be charged on hourly base.
Third Party Installations And Plugins
We support third party control panel plugins installations. One installation per ticket is applicable. All other server software installations will be charged.
MySql Server And Database Optimization
This services were not included in this plan as it is a per issue based plan. You may need to purchase additional mysql support package from here .
