SLA For Our Services And Products

Product Support

Syslint Technologies provide free technical support and installation support for all our software products.

No Third-Party Support

Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, we will only provide support to your Direct Customers and not to customers of any other company/entity. We reserve the sole right to decide which customers are Direct Customers and which customers are not.

Response Times

Syslint will respond to any Technical Support, Billing Queries, and Sales Queries. We will used to a minimum of 90% of Valid Queries within 30 minutes of the query being lodged, and to provide the relevant customer with an effective answer to their query within 8 to 24 hours of the query being lodged.

Money Back Policy

All syslint products and services are coming with trial period. So we recommend to use trial before purchasing the actual service and we won't provide any refund for those services or products having trial. Multiple trial license for same product were not allowed. It will be considered as an abuse. If there is no trial available then we will refund 50% of your money within the 60 days after the refund request. For getting this refund you need to submit the request within 24 hours after your first payment. If you have any Paypal Subscriptions with any services or products , then you must need to un-subscribe it from your Paypal account during the cancellation time of those respective services. We won't give back any refund for the automatic Paypal subscriptions, it will be automatically added as a credit to your account within our billing system

Prices and Plans

All prices and plans are subject to change with prior notice of 45 Days. Any change in monthly fees will apply to your next service period, but will not be payable for your current service period.

Free License Policy

Syslint technologies provides free licenses for our software products. It will be related to a product or service and valid as long as you stay as our client.

One Time License

One time software licenses from Syslint will have only one year free support. We only give guarantee for the software working during the first time installation. That means you always need to keep your dependency software versions as same as during the installation time. Syslint don't provide any guarantee for the dependency software upgrades and related issues. One time licenses are valid as long as Syslint continuously develop and support the software.

Change of IPs

All syslint server management plans are not allowed to change the IPs of Management plans or software licenses related to those management plans. If you need to change IP , we recommend to order new services. Also if you are using only the software licenses , then you can change the IP via a reissue request.

No Coding Support

We won't provide any code editing or scripting support in server management plans. If you need script editing or coding support , you need to purchase development plans.

Termination of Service

You may cancel the products or services at any time by providing Syslint with the cancellation request. Since all fees are payable in advance, in order to avoid charges for a subsequent billing cycle, you need to cancel the service/product prior to the end of the current billing cycle. We recommend that you cancel your subscription (if relevant) prior to your next billing date, and also advise us of your intentions in writing prior to the end of your current billing cycle so that we know to cease providing the service, and then no further charges will be payable.

Syslint Technologies have all rights to stop any software license or technical support to any clients as we wish with immediate effect. You may also agree the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
